PISCO Vacuum Grippers
Three types of vacuum grippers are offered to handle various types of workpieces
Vacuum Grippers VRG
■ The suction surface is made of sponge (Rectangular ring shaped). Suitable for a wide range of workpieces.
■ Can be directly connected to EOAT of P.C.D. 31.5, 40, 56, 80, and 100.
■ Vacuum generator built-in type and vacuum pump compatible type are available.
■ Vacuum generator built-in type secures max. suction flow rate: 760L/min (*1). Even permeable workpieces (*2) can be adsorbed.
*1. Value for 3 built-in ejectors specification.
*2. Workpieces with frequent air leakage such as corrugated cardboard.
■ Can be easily installed by sliding it in to the flange mounting plate that is fixed to the robot. Improved operability and safety.
Vacuum Grippers VMG
■ 2 types of grippers are available: whole surface sponge type and arranged Vacuum Pads type. Suitable for a wide range of workpieces.
■ Can be directly connected to EOAT of P.C.D. 31.5, 40, 56, 80, and 100.
■ Vacuum generator built-in type and vacuum pump compatible type are available.

Vacuum Grippers VLG
■ 2 types of gripper are available: full sponge type and hexagonally-arranged Vacuum Pads type.
■ Body width (50 mm, 100 mm) and length (200 mm to 600 mm) can be selected.
■ Built-in large flow vacuum generator. Maximum suction flow rate: 890L/min(*).
*Values for 4 built-in ejectors specification.
■ Cable of lifting even if there are non-absorbed area if fall prevention valves or check valves are attached.
■ Mounting plate available for connection to robots with P.C.D. 31.5 (sold separately).
