To meet such needs, SC-NEXT can reduce the size of the control panel by up to 28% depending on the selection.
SC-NEXT contributes to space saving and high performance of control panels.
Auxiliary contact configuration can be selected "as much as you want to use".
In fact, we found that about half of FUJI electromagnetic switchgear users use only one pole.
Therefore, we have prepared a variation of auxiliary contacts to match the customer's usage.
For compatibility, it is of course possible to select the same number of contacts as those used in our conventional products, but by limiting the number of contacts to those required, we can further streamline the product.

SC-NEXT is the first electromagnetic switch series by Japanese manufacturer to enable direct drive* from a PLC up to 38A.

About half of all continuity failures are caused by dust. SC-NEXT has a 70% smaller opening area than conventional products, and its mating method has also been reviewed.
This structure makes it difficult for dust to penetrate from the outside and ensures stable operation.
Replace consumable parts, can be used for a long time.
Depending on how the product is used in the field, consumable parts may deteriorate before the product’s lifetime.
To solve the problem of having to replace the entire product even though it is still usable, the coil and contacts are designed to be replaceable.
This allows the product to be used longer while replacing consumable parts.
